Shipping policy

Items may be requested for pick up at any Floortrends location. Please select the location nearest you when placing your order. If you require delivery please contact products@floortrends.ca for pricing and availability. Orders must be confirmed before attempting to pick up, please wait to receive your confirmation email before proceeding to pick up.

  • Monday: 8am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 8am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 3:30pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED
